Booking Requests – To book online, please submit a booking request via our website. We will either approve your requested appointment or contact you with any modifications.
Enable Notifications – When booking online or via MindBody, please be sure to enable appointment notifcations and reminders so you can keep up to date with any appointments you have scheduled.
Arrival – To fully enjoy your spa experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time to check in and complete your personal profile.. Late arrival may impact your treatment time.
Booking Policy – Credit Card details or gift voucher/card numbers are required to secure your booking.
Booking With a Voucher – Please bring your voucher on the day of your treatment or provide us with your voucher/card number prior to your appointment. You can book online and use your voucher on the day as we do not take any prepayment or deposit, however we do require voucher/credit card details for cancellation purposes only.
Cancellation – Life is full of surprises so if you need to cancel your appointment, change your treatment or reschedule the time, Bump Day Spa must be notified at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to do so will mean you will be charged 50% of the treatment amount.
We do not accept cancellations via any social media.
Parking – For our Double Bay location, you might be lucky enough to find some street parking if not the nearest parking station is located in the Woolworths complex and can be accessed off Manning road. It is a short walking distance to the spa. Click here for parking rates and location.
For our Cronulla location there is street parking located around our facility. Please allow yourself enough time so you can enjoy your full treatment.
